Reservations • For the wedding host, party and guests to reserve lodging.
Attending a wedding or an event within a wedding can sometimes require more back and forth communication than for a party of two, and reservations for weddings can take many forms.
In some cases guests reserve directly as they would for any stay, in some cases the wedding party has booked a block of rooms, cottages and cabins, or the entire Inn, and the host of the wedding allocates the rooms, cottages and cabins based on requests. In that regard and many others each wedding is different as we take our marching orders from the host. Cancellation policies also come into play more so than for regular lodging as dining is also usually part of most if not all weddings taking place at the Inn.
This page allows you to review lodging options by clicking here to see all the rooms, cottages, and cabins at the Inn, and the form below allows you to express your lodging preferences and other important information.
We then coordinate with the host to finalize lodging allocations and call or write you to finalize and confirm. As such this form is not an official reservation form but a way for all of us to get organized using your preferences and needs as our guide. See last item of form below relative to privacy & discretion.
